Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policy

To request a return or exchange, please send an email to info@dropsnkrs.com with your order number, full name, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Please read the policy below carefully to ensure your request meets our conditions.
1. General Terms
1.1 This return policy applies to all purchases made through the dropsnkrs website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Return Conditions
2.1 To be eligible for a return or exchange:

a) The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

b) The item must be in its original packaging, including all original tags, labels, and accessories (extra laces, etc.).

c) The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item. 2.2 Note: Personalized items, custom-made orders, or items worn outside the home are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error caused by dropsnkrs.
3. How to Submit a Return
3.1 To initiate the process:

a) Email info@dropsnkrs.com to register your request.

b) Once approved, we will send you the return instructions and the return address.

c) Securely pack the item to avoid damage during transit. 3.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs will be communicated to you during the email process.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Orders can be canceled free of charge only if they have not yet been shipped or processed by our sourcing team. Contact us immediately via email or Instagram. 4.2 If the order has already been shipped or processed, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait to receive the item and then initiate a return at your own expense. A full refund of the purchase amount will be issued once the product is received back in its original condition.
5. Errors, Damages & Complaints
5.1 If you receive a defective item, please email info@dropsnkrs.com immediately with:

Clear photos of the defect and the original packaging. 5.2 We will evaluate the case. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label and proceed with a replacement or refund. Note: All products are carefully inspected and photographed before shipping to ensure authenticity and quality.
